This is surprisingly beautiful! I love the ceamy/carmely coloring of this, and the way the light strikes it!
I'm a little embarrassed to say this, but I just roasted garlic for the first time last weekend. Man - have I been missing out! Great shot - I can just smell that wonderful garlic scent!
